Terms & Conditions
2Flux accepts payment via bank transfer. If ordering via our website, credit cards are also accepted. No account is required. Full payment is required prior to shipping your order to you.
For orders of £250 or less, a £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your order with us. For orders for £251 and above, a £200 non refundable deposit is require. This deposit will be payable once a design has been agreed upon. In the event of cancelling your order with us, this deposit will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to another order.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
2Flux ships via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you require your order to be shipped sooner than the estimated times, please contact us for further information (additional fees may apply).
The number of proofs included with your order will be outlined in the pricing quote. Additional rounds of proofs due to requested design or wording changes outside the allowance for your order will be subject to a £10 per electronic proof fee. This fee will be charged at 2Flux's discretion.
5. FINAL APPROVAL
Before printing and assembly, you will be sent a final electronic proof by email for your approval. We ask you to confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Please double check the proof. We recommend having at least one other person review the proof(s) besides you. Once you have approved the final proof(s), no further changes are allowed after this point without an additional fee, and 2Flux is not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect information.
Exact design and production time(s) varies for each order. 2Flux will give you with an estimate of the design and production time based on typical process times and the specification of your order. 2Flux aims to provide proofs and design changes as quickly as possible, however please be patient with us during the busy wedding season. Any delays or excess time in (including but not limited to) submitting wording, colour choices, and changes to proof(s), or requested changes to the design, will require additional time to complete your order. Please plan your time accordingly. Requests for design and printing outside the typical process time will be considered rush and may incur and additional fee.
7. RUSH ORDERING
If you need your order faster than our typical process time, rush ordering is available if our workload allows. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional fee.

8. THE NATURE OF HANDMADE
Due to the nature of handmade, subtle variations will occur in ink coverage, colour, impression, position, and paper. The result is a truly beautiful and one-of-a-kind piece of art.
9. COLOUR VARIATION
Colors vary from monitor-to-monitor. Please do not assume that the colour on your screen or from your home printer is accurate. Slight colour variations on printed pieces may occur. This variation may depend on ink coverage from one piece to another, difference in printing technique, or paper colour. 2Flux is not responsible for any slight or expected disparity or discrepancy in colour.
10. HOT FOIL
The prices quoted above are based on one small area of hot foil per card (i.e. header or couple’s names). Additional charges will apply for larger areas or full card foiling).
On table plans and signs we use foil vinyl as opposed to hot foil.
The prices quoted above are based on orders of 50+ of each item (with the exception of table plan & signs which are based on 1+). Smaller quantities are available, however additional costs will apply. Please contact us for further information.
2Flux does its best to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If, upon receipt, you find that your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
All designs and documents are the exclusive property and copyright of 2Flux and may not be distributed or resold for any reason - even upon full payment.
12. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are made based on work completed through to the date of cancellation. Orders are non-refundable once they have been sent to print.
